We Connect
After you submit your application with your contact number, an ASG admissions representative will contact you and invite you to a counseling session.

Once you’ve connected with an ASG admissions representative, you’re ready to visit ASG Global Office for detailed guidance regarding STUDY IN RUSSIA.

Detailed Counseling
Counseling are usually conducted in our Office with a counseling manger of our Team. The purpose of the counseling is to get to know your future plans better and advise accordingly, from choosing university, field of study and city in Russia and what makes you interested in studying in Russia.

Contract/ Agreement with ASG
An Agreement confirms that an applicant is agreed on the term and conditions of ASG Global for STUDY IN RUSSIA.

Initial Payment of Registration charges
Applicant pays the registration charges, which is refundable until or unless the admission letter is issued by the University.

Submission of required documents
To receive an admission letter from university a student must provide the attested educational documents with a valid passport.

Receive of admission letter
Admission letter is issued within 5 working days.

Receive of Invitation letter
It is sent by university staff who get this document from the Russian Interior Ministry General Administration for Migration Issues.
It take 25- 40 Days normally!

Balance payment
Balance payment includes: University program fees, Accommodation fees, Medical insurance, Visa extension from RU, Immigration clearance, Airport pick-up, Bus-card, Student visa, PCR test, Translation of documents, Travel insurance, Air-tickets and ASG Consultation charges.

Applying for Student Visa
Submission of original invitation, Visa Application, Full payment of university fees, translated educational documents. visa sized Photographs etc.

Tickets will be issued and given by ASG Global Pakistan. Our head office representative of Russia will welcome you in Russian airport and guide you in every step so that you and your Parents/guardians wont feel worried.
Visa Requirements for Pakistani applicants
Student Visa for Russia
For a Student Visa, please, submit:
1. Duly completed visa application form obtainable (free of charge) from the Consular Department.
2. Valid passport.
3. Original invitation from the institute/university/academy issued by the concerned Ministries of the Russian Federation.
4. Three passport size photos.
5. Academics certificates. It must be attested by the Ministry of Education of Pakistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and translated in Russian language.
6. HIV test certificate (printed and stamped from the Embassy approved hospitals and laboratories).
7. Medical fitness certificate (printed and stamped from the Embassy approved hospitals and laboratories).
8. Up-to-date bank statement. If it is bank statement not of applicant but of any sponsor or relative, there should be sponsor’s letter (affidavit), attested by the local lawyer along with sponsor’s national tax number and job letter.
9. Police Character Certificate with the contact number of authorities who issued the document.
10. Travel insurance.
